Replacements
Our policy lasts 7 days from the delivery of your order. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement.

We do not offer replacements for any items bought on sale or at a discounted price.

We do not offer replacements for any damage due to player use.

If the item is damaged due to shipping or has major defects*, you are eligible to receive a replacement without the need to return the item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Contact jiggykendamas@outlook.com, to process your replacement. We will request photos to address the situation.

*Major defects are any defects that is hidden in the product photos and affect play.

International Customers

The laws and fees are different around the world, any duties, customs, or import fees will be your responsibility, since it is out of our control.
